RULES OF THE FORUM BY UAPPLY:

1. PRIVILEGE - Being a member at the Uapply is a privilege, not a right. Here at Uapply, we reserve any right to remove your account for any reason that we may have for the protection of our consumers and our site.

2. RESPECT - Please respect all members of the site in the forum. If there are any personal attacks your account will be immediately deleted. In the Forum there can not be any discussions about anything disrespectful towards another person or mortgage company or any other entity.

3. TOPICS - No illegal activity is allowed in the Uapply Forum and No inquiries that violate RESPA or any other law are allowed. Any topics that don't comply with the Uapply Website will be automatically removed and your account will be deleted.

4. ADVERTISING AND SOLICITATIONS - There will be no advertising except what UApply approves to put up themselves or by other members of the UApply Forum Community. To have your advertisement approved through our forum and not deleted, contact us at pr@uapply.com . The following types of solicitors are accepted if a member of the UApply Forum Community: loan officers, mortgage brokers, banks, lenders, investors, financial advisors, accountants or anyone having anything to do with being employed in the mortgage and finance industry to try and consult through Uapply Forum Community. If you are consulting illegally without a personal or employed license with a lender in good standing, this will revoke and ban your membership and all chances of getting any benefits of this site. You will also be reported to the Banking Commission in your state.

5. PROFILE - You must update your profile as soon as possible after registration. Include your REAL first and last name, the company you represent, and email/website information. No affiliate links, or links to other forums will be allowed. No Anonymous postings will be allowed.

6. NO SPAM - Advertisements belong in the "Mortgage Community Center" under Advertising Forum. Any advertisements posted in a forum other than approved by UApply staff, will be removed. If one of your first posts is a spam and it's not in the correct forum, you will be banned, no questions asked and without notification. Be aware of what you are posting and where. Do not profile spam. The system will detect it and auto-ban you, period. we have a zero tolerance for spam.

7. RESPONSIBILITIES - Everyone that registers and becomes a member of this site has a responsibility to report anything illegal they see is happening on this site. Everyone also has the right to report all accusations to abuse@uapply.com as they see fit. If your account has been deleted or you know of someone's account that was deleted and they have created a new account, please report them to protect all other consumers.

8. BENEFITS - UApply has put this free Forum Community up to help consumers and business associates to communicate with one another. It also gives consumers a head start or edge in a current situation they may be in. It gives other consumers that may be in a current situation or have been in there situation before, the ability to communicate with one another to help one another. It is strictly to help people pass along free information to help learn more about the mortgage, insurance and finance industry today. Please don't abuse this free site that is a very free informational site for others.
