Does anyone have any ideas on why Wells Fargo would be foreclosing on someone that's never been late on their mortgage?  I have a guy who has proof of all of his payments, yet they won't talk to him and keep sending him to Loss Mitigation and they are foreclosing on him.

Nobody will tell myself or my client why.  This loan is dead, but who can I talk to or report this to?  Can anyone help me with this?  I would really appreciate it.
